  1. Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS),  and Motives , Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI)

The 2-day foundational workshop teaches participants to administer and interpret Hogan’s three core personality assessments. You will learn about personality, leadership, Hogan’s theoretical background and the role the assessments play in predicting workplace performance. You will also learn more about your personality by receiving a complimentary set of Leadership Forecast Series reports alongside a 1:1 feedback session with one of our consultants.

Length: 2-day workshop (four half-days for virtual workshops)

Delivery: Virtual or Classroom based

  • Access to the online pre-workshop learning module

  • 1:1 Hogan feedback on your assessment results

  • A set of Leadership Forecast Series reports for you and a volunteer of your choice, to practice feedback skills

  • 2-day workshop (four half-days for virtual workshops)
